In homes where there are children, it is easy to find marker or pen marks on the walls. Although they may seem permanent, they can actually be eliminated quickly and easily! Just dissolve a little Marseille soap in a liter of water and pass the mixture on the ink stain using a sponge. Rub it gently, taking care not to damage the wall. Finally, rinse off with lukewarm water.

Coffee, oil or other food stains

These stains can appear in the kitchens of those who do not have tiles that protect the walls against stains from oil, coffee, etc. But fortunately it is possible to remove them  when there are none! You will need to start by sprinkling salt on it and leaving it for about an hour.

After that, remove the salt with a damp cloth. Salt, in fact, has a strong natural absorbency, able to remove the stain and leave the wall as new.

On the other hand, in case of tomato or sauce stains, lemon can come to your rescue. It is enough to squeeze the juice of a lemon and wipe it with a sponge on the stain. Leave it on for an hour. Then rinse with a little lukewarm water.

Finally, for oil stains, flour is the most effective remedy. Pour this ingredient on your hands which you will apply directly to the wall, without rubbing and let stand for half an hour. When you see that the flour is soaked in oil, remove it with a dry cloth.

Furniture stains

Often on the walls it is possible to notice stains due to contact with furniture, such as furniture, paintings, etc.

In this case, we therefore recommend that you first assess whether your wall is washable or not. If this is the case, just dissolve three tablespoons of baking soda in a liter of water and pass the mixture thus obtained on the wall using a sponge.

If, on the other hand, your wall is not washable, we recommend that you always use baking soda but without dissolving it because if you wet the wall, it could cause rings.

Moisten it with just a little water until you get a pasty mixture then apply it to the stain. Leave on for a few minutes then remove with a cotton or woolen cloth.
